"I paid for a policy and later realized I paid for a old vehicle that I no longer had. Instead of the new vehicle! Which I had to pay again and even more than the 1st quote! Money that I didn't have and was told I'd be reimbursed and am still waiting on my repayment back in my account!"

"If I could give 0 star I would. I am a retired Veteran and made 1 mistake (I admit, it was big, but nonetheless a mistake) my entire life, I am 38, and was told that my policy cannot be renewed due to the mistake. State Farm is a joke. Not only that, they aren't renewing my spouse, which didn't even do anything wrong."
